Adrienne Balfour's Rescue Work
More Than An Advocate for Clients...
An Advocate for Animals
At Balfour Law Firm, compassion is more than just a guiding value — it’s a way of life. That same empathy that drives Adrienne Balfour to advocate fiercely for her clients also fuels her unwavering commitment to animal welfare. A lifelong dog lover and proud Houstonian, Adrienne has devoted countless hours to volunteering with Berg Foster Life, The Empty Shelter Project, and K-9 Angels Rescue, a nonprofit committed to saving homeless and at-risk dogs throughout the Houston area.
Her involvement goes far beyond the occasional weekend event. Adrienne regularly fosters, donates, and supports adoption drives, helping to give voice — and second chances — to animals who have been neglected, abandoned, or overlooked. She believes that every dog deserves a safe home, a gentle hand, and a fresh start.
This mission is personal. Adrienne has opened her heart and home to multiple rescue dogs over the years, including those with medical challenges or histories of abuse. For her, rescue work isn’t just a cause — it’s a calling.

“There’s something profound about the bond you build with a dog who has known fear or hardship. To offer safety and love — and receive it back tenfold — is a privilege I’ll never take for granted.” – Adrienne

A Logo with a Deeper Meaning
The Balfour Law Firm logo, carefully designed in the shape of a bold “B” with a subtle dog silhouette, is more than a mark of professionalism — it’s a reflection of Adrienne’s heart. The silhouette is a tribute to the rescue dogs that have shaped her life and symbolize the compassion and loyalty she brings to both her legal practice and her community work.
Just as she stands by her clients, Adrienne stands by the animals who need someone to fight for them.
